These terms cover karmafarmer.co and the Karma Farmer journal app at app.karmafarmer.co. By using either, you agree to them.

Who we are

Karma Farmer is run by Live Life Innovative Pty Ltd, Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. You can reach us through the contact page (karmafarmer.co/pages/contact).

The challenge and the journal are free

You don't need to buy anything to do the 30-day challenge or use the journal app. The challenge is an experiment in karma. We'll share what we've seen, but we can't promise what comes back to you, or when.

Buying from us

  • Prices are in Australian dollars. The checkout shows the full price, delivery included, before you pay.
  • We deliver within Australia only. Our shipping policy has the details.
  • We confirm every order by email. If we've made a mistake with a price or a description, we'll tell you before we send anything, and you can cancel for a full refund.
  • The shop runs on Shopify, which handles your information when you visit or buy, and combines it with your activity at other Shopify shops and on Shopify itself, as our privacy policy explains.
  • Some photos on the site are AI-generated to show the designs. The product description says what you're buying.
  • You've got 30 days to change your mind. Our refund policy has the details.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using the journal

  • You need to be 16 or older.
  • Keep your sign-in links to yourself.
  • What you write is yours. We store it to run the journal, as its privacy notice (app.karmafarmer.co/privacy) explains.
  • If you share a story, you let us show it in the journal and on karmafarmer.co, with the public name and broad location you choose. You can take it down at any time.
  • Stories need to follow our community guidelines (karmafarmer.co/pages/community-guidelines). We read each one before it goes up and can decline or remove any that don't.
  • Don't share someone else's private details without their permission.

Our name and designs

Please don't use the Karma Farmer name, our designs, or our words to sell or promote something else.

Changes

We may change these terms, and when we do, we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to orders you've already placed.

Law

The law of New South Wales, Australia, applies to these terms.
